Group Exercise is a great way to build up your cardiovascular system and tone your body. Classes are offered six days a week at various times of the day to accommodate the needs of everyone.
- Instructors may be substituted from time to time.
- Proper athletic footwear must be worn at all times.
- No marking shoes allowed in the Group Exercise Studio.
- Gym bags must be secured in a locker
- For all indoor cycling classes it is recommended that participants bring a water bottle. Towels are available for FREE at the front desk and are also recommended for class.
- Participants must arrive to class on time for the warm up to reduce risk of injury. Participants may not enter class more than 10 minutes late.
- All classes are first come, first served. Participants should arrive 10 minutes prior to class to ensure participation.
