Kevin Younger, MPT

Kevin Younger, MPT is owner and CEO of Club Colorado Fitness, the Athletic Improvement Center, and Back on Track Physical Therapy and Consulting. Kevin graduated from Shenandoah University with a Masters Degree in Physical therapy and received the K. Madison Smith Award for clinical excellence in the field of physical therapy. Kevin has taken extensive advanced coursework in sports therapy and training and was a collegiate lacrosse player as well as an elite cyclist. Kevin currently works with the Olympic Training Programs for cycling, Colorado State University Cycling teams, Peak to Peak Training Systems, The Monsoon Cycling Team and Rocky Mountain Cycling Education Foundation. Kevin's Clients have included National and World Champion cyclists.

Travis Holley
Director of Fitness & Athletic Improvement


Originally from Wyoming, Travis moved to Colorado to complete his B.S. degree in Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado. Since Graduating in 2007, Travis has been involved in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and soccer coach. During this time he has worked with a wide variety of people, and loves the challenge of helping others strive for self-improvement. Travis enjoys CrossFit, outdoor activities (backpacking!!!), teaching/coaching, and rough-housing with his new pup, Bo.

"As a trainer, I take great pride in the fact that I am helping people reach a higher level of fitness through hard work and determination, and while doing so, improving one's self-worth. This has obvious correlations to overall quality of life that is difficult to achieve by any other means."

Training Philosophy:
Exercise should be constantly varied and closely mimic everyday activities with the ultimate goal of increasing functional strength, and improving one's work capacity and ability to perform any task safely and efficiently.

Brandy Mertz
Personal Trainer, Sales Associate and Group Exercise Instructor


Brandy is originally from Casper Wyoming where she began teaching at a club. That's where she found a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. She moved to Colorado in 2006, to return to school and take her life in a new direction. She graduated from Colorado State University earning a Bachelors degree in Health and Exercise Science with a focus on Health Promotion. She also has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Panhandle State University in Goodwell, OK.

She believes it is essential to include physical activity in your everyday routine and finds it can be the key to making a positive change. All areas of fitness, wellness and nutrition are important to her and she hopes that she can continue to create meaningful changes in other people's lives.

Outside of fitness, Brandy enjoys reading, watching sports, spending time outdoors and playing with her dog Paisley.

Jenny Higgason
Sales Associate and Personal Trainer


Jenny is a Colorado native, from Greeley. Jenny is a recent graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelors degree in Health and Exercise Science. In her time at CSU she was a four-year member of the Colorado State University Track and Field Team. She was a member of the 2006 Mountain West Conference Indoor Track and Field Championship team. She was also named to the All Mountain West Conference Academic team during her time at CSU. Jenny has been a USAG certified compulsory gymnastics coach for four years. She coaches at Premier Gymnastics of the Rockies, and was coach of the 2005 Colorado Junior Olympic State Championship Level 4 team. Jenny loves Colorado and anything outdoors, including snowboarding, hiking, and camping. Jenny is very passionate about gymnastics, her family, Mojo (the best chocolate lab), and making a difference in people's lives.

Crystal Nelson
Sales Associate, Personal Trainer and
Group Exercise Instructor


Crystal is formerly form the Texas Hill Country and just recently moved to Colorado. She is enthused to be a part of the Club Colorado Fitness Team and looks forward to growing professionally as well as individually. Crystal recently graduated from Minot State University with a B.S. in Corporate Fitness and a B.S.E. in Physical Education. At Minot State, Crystal was treasurer of the Minot State Club of Physical Educators and chaired many activities and family events that encouraged lifelong health and fitness. Discovering the world of group exercise classes, Crystal began teaching yoga, step aerobics, body sculpt, and Turbo Kick. She is a firm believer that health and exercise are a journey, not a destination, and applies that to her classes and training. In her spare time, Crystal enjoys spending time with her husband, Josh, and her two amazingly smart Australian Shepherds, TJ and Emma. She loves the outdoors and can't wait to start hiking and camping while in Colorado.

Heidi Deprey
Master Bodyworker, CMT, NCTMB


Originally from Northern Maine, Heidi moved to Colorado in 2005 to attend the Denver School of Massage Therapy, where she received her training and certification with 800 plus hours in massage therapy and the health education program. She has furthered her studies at the Utah College of Massage Therapy with an additional 220 hours in advanced bodywork techniques to receive a Master Bodyworker Certificate. She has worked with Race Across America, for the B2B Divas, a women's cycling team. She enjoyed working on the driven athletes to get them to there goal of crossing America within 7 days. Heidi enjoys being outside, running, snow boarding, learning golf, and spending time with her friends and family.

She believes that massage therapy is a necessity to everyone, no matter what physical level or age you are at. Heidi specializes in relaxing Swedish, deep tissue, injury, sports, hydro-therapy, and hot stone. She is always getting continuing education class to keep up with new approaches to helping her clients feel good. She will customize a massage to address your individual needs and what her hands feel by using a combination of techniques.

  • $1.00 per minute with a minimum of 10 minutes
Hot Stone Massage:
  • 45 mins...$55.00
